Herbal remedies have existed long before medical conditions even had names. Consider alternative and herbal treatment options to reduce your impotence symptoms or dependence on prescription medication. Herbal remedies are often safer and more affordable than other solutions, such as Viagra.
Horny goat weed: Despite it’s funny name, the herb Epimedium originates from ancient Chinese medical textbooks, but now the herb is gaining leverage as more people are trying to fight off impotence. It has been used by doctors for more than two millennia to treat erectile dysfunction and male impotency symptoms. The herb is also known to improve fatigue in addition to offsetting the effects of female menopause. The way in which scientists extract the herb is unknown.
Maca Root: Grown in the Andes, Maca root is used to treat male infertility and impotence while supposedly increasing a man’s sex drive and libido. Other parts of the Maca plant are used, but the root is where most of the beneficial qualities come from. Interestingly, Maca grows best in the most intense conditions, such as in freezing weather or constant sunlight.
Ginseng: Also known as panax, Ginseng grows in North America as well as Asia, and is used to treat multiple conditions. The Chinese use Ginseng to improve circulation, increase blood flow and supply, as well as improve one’s energy, resulting in a revitalized sensation.
Yohimbe: Grown throughout Africa, Yohimbe is a form of bark that scientists use to treat male impotence. The original herb is a form of bark, but in it’s purest form (as an extract) the herb relaxes and opens blood vessels in the penis, causing an erection to form and last longer.
While finding a cure for impotence isn’t as easy as going through your grandmother’s herb garden, there are plenty of organic solutions available to those who suffer from male impotence.
